Sorry, it's been a a while since our last update.. it's been a busy few months!
Know that we are so thankful for each and everyone of you who continue to be such a support to us!
The middle of May marked the end of another Bible College semester. Some students went back home, some went to serve at other Calvary Chapels around Europe and the States, and some stayed on here for our Summer of Service program. During the summer, our facility transitions from a bible college to a conference center. We primarily serve churches and missions organizations from around Europe and the world. We recently hosted our annual Foundations Conference--serving Calvary Chapel missionaries across Eastern Europe and abroad. It was great opportunity to catch up with old friends currently serving in various parts of the world.
This week is the beginning of CCBCE's summer discipleship program, A Vision For Life (AVFL). As some of you know, this was one of our main reasons for coming back to Hungary. Shaun came for the first AVFL program in 2003, and has desired to see others have a greater vision of Jesus in their time here. We have 10 students coming from various places to be a part of the program. We are looking forward to what the Lord wants to do in the lives of these teenagers in the next 6 weeks.
Shaun, along with the other Pastor's here, will be teaching the classes and I get the privilege of leading Women's Discipleship group this year. Along with classes there will be lots of day outreach trips to several cities and churches in (and around) Hungary. They will also be going on a weekend trip to Budapest, camping in Slovenia, and serving at two churches in Austria. Please join us in praying that the Lord will use their time here to do a radical work in their hearts. To see more about what we're a part of, you can check out the website: www.avisionforlife.com
In the beginning of June, Shaun and I went to Italy for a little R&R. We hung out with our good friend Dave Downs, who is missionary serving in Montebelluna. After we spent a couple days there, we headed to Parma to meet up with my aunt, uncle, and cousins from Colorado. It was the perfect opportunity to get to see them! We went from Parma to Viareggio to Cinqueterre to Pisa to Florence! We had such a great time soaking in the sun, eating amazing food, enjoying the company of friends and family, swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, and seeing the sights! Below are a few pictures from out trip.

Prayer Requests:
-Pray for the AVFLers this summer that they would get a greater vision of Jesus, for safety on the trips, and the Lord would work in them and through them
-Pray for the Summer of Service crew, that as we serve each conference we would be a blessing to all, and that we would find our strength in Jesus.
-Pray for the church in Sarbogard, Hungary
-Continue to pray for love and grace in our marriage.
Thanks for you love, prayers, and support!
Much Love,
Shaun & Megan
