Sorry it’s been awhile since our last update… But here are the latest happenings.
Croatia:
We had a blessed outreach to Split, Croatia! It was so great to be with our friends who are missionaries down there! The team we took from the Bible College was also great. We had such unity and love for one another.
While we were there we helped with the church’s café ministry. The café is located next to 4 high schools, which means it’s very busy! It was so awesome to see how the Lord is using it, and the missionaries to reach out to these high school kids. Most know who God is in their heads but don’t have a relationship with Him in their hearts.
Praises:
-Praise God for working in and through the team.
-Praise God for the fellowship and time we spent with our friends; the Warholics, Dave, and Kristen.
-Praise God for providing ALL of our needs!! On the way home we had some car trouble and when it should of taken us 7 hours to get home, it took us 20! But God took care of us and He also provided all of what we needed to fix the car!

The Semester:
This has been such a great season of classes and fellowship with the staff, students, and interns. We can’t believe it’s almost over! One huge blessing has been having a home fellowship. It’s been such an encouraging and uplifting time! Below is a picture of the group that met and our house every week!
Fall Changes:
Recently, Calvary Chapel Bible College Europe (CCBCE) has been granted accreditation by the Hungarian government! It’s such an answer to prayer! We are now able to offer an European Union (EU) bachelor’s degree, without sacrificing the vision for discipleship and missions.
Also, our good friends here Mike and Lori Pritchard will be moving back to the States come February—we will miss them!! Shaun will be taking over Lori’s role as Bible College Registrar. He’s been busy training, but so excited to be taking on this new role!
Christmas Break:
Shaun and I will be leaving on December 16th, the day after graduation, and will be heading to California. We are looking forward to spending time with family, enjoying the holidays, seeing friends, celebrating our second wedding anniversary, and going to Calvary Chapel Missions Conference. Around January 7th we will be heading to Colorado to spend some time with more family and friends, and visiting our sending church!
Prayer Requests:
-Please pray for Shaun as he’s training for the new role as the Bible College Registrar, and preparation for teaching the book of Exodus.
-Please pray for the group of believers (church) in the neighboring village of Sarbogard.
-Please pray that graduation and the end of school go smooth and that all of us here finish strong!
-Please pray for the students who are still not sure what God has for them after the break; that He would lead and guide them!
-Pray for our time at home; that it would be a blessed and refreshing time for us, and that we would be able to spend time with all the people we can!
-And continue to pray for us; our marriage, the Lord’s continued provision, the ministry here in Hungary at the Bible College, and that God would continue to be working in our hearts as He is so faithfully doing.
-Also, that He would be drawing us closer to Himself daily!
Thanks so much everyone for all your love, prayers, thoughts, and support…. It really means so much to Shaun and I knowing we have such awesome friends and fam who love us!! And we look forward to seeing many of you oh so soon! (And to those we won’t, have a Merry Christmas!!)
Much Love,
Shaun & Megan
