“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.” -Matthew 5:8
What is the primary characteristic of those who will see God? Those who are exposed to who they really are. And in spite of weakness, fears, and failures… know they are missing what is really needed—JESUS.

EXPOSED
-In our last update, Megan asked for prayer for this Summer’s A Vision For Life (AVFL) program... 22 young people from all over the world coming together in one place to find “a vision for their life”. Thank you, thank you for your prayers. We were all blessed in so many ways.
We got in the Word. We served. We went to Palfa, Baja, Bonyhad (Hungary) together. We sang songs. We laughed. We spent a lot of time on buses. We went to Austria, Italy, and Slovenia. We ate a ton of gelato. We did a drama. We heard of at least 1 person coming to know Jesus. We prayed. We camped. We taught English. We loved on people. We were loved by people. We caught the vision… JESUS.

END OF ONE CHAPTER, BEGINNING OF ANOTHER
-Summer conference season is coming to a close. Many of those who served are going home—hopefully encouraged, and different now, from when they arrived. Bible College is just around the corner. Students are arriving this week, classes start the following week. It’s been an interesting transition from one chapter to the next… BUT GOD has taught me much in this season about having right perspective.
-Megan is making a comeback. Not as a #1 fight contender, but as coffee shop overseer. She is planning and preparing for this semester, as well being involved with the interns and students. I’m excited for her—1) because of her heart for people 2) because of her love for coffee.
-This semester I will be teaching through the Gospel of Mark. Megan and I, as well as some other staff families, will be having weekly home fellowships with the students and interns. Please pray for it to be a fruitful time of fellowship.
-Also, a couple of guys on staff (Neil and Caleb), and myself, will be overseeing a small fellowship in Sarbogard, Hungary. Andrew, the previous pastor, is moving back to the States, so we were asked to do a 3-man rotation for this season. Our hearts are knit for this small group to be blessed, growing more in their walk with Jesus.

PRAYER REQUESTS
-Please pray for His love and unity in our marriage
-Please pray for upcoming semester: staff, interns, students
-Please pray His leading, provision, and protection during semester outreaches
-Please pray for the fellowship in Sarbogard
-Please pray for this Summer’s AVFL group: that they would continue to see Jesus
Thanks for all of your love, prayers, and support.
All the very best in Jesus,
Shaun and Megan
