GOing back to hungary...

We are back to "where it all started"...
A lot has happened in the almost 2 years that has passed, but we are excited to have returned back to a place that is very near to our heart(s).

PAST
A time filled with great memories--faces, places, teachings, laughter, tears, hardships, and growth. A place where we were equipped, discipled, and used. A people who led us, walked beside us, and followed us.
Our HIStory here was filled with so much. We believed that this sweet season, or chapter, of our lives was closed. In some ways, there is truth in that statement. After giving it more and more thought, in those other ways, it's all very new. Many have gone, others are preparing to move on to other ministries... hard but sweet to see many walk in the fullness of what God has--whatever that looks like. Steps of faith on the road that leads to eternity with Jesus.

PRESENT
Us (being back here married!). New faces, new roles--new chapter. In the meantime, we are getting over what has been the worst jet lag yet. Getting settled in.

FUTURE
Passion and desire to see others walk in ALL of what God has for their lives. Times are dark. We want to see young guys and girls rooted in the Word, equipped to do the work of ministry, being those lampstands shining bright for Jesus in the midst of dark places across the globe.
One of the verses that has been stirred in me lately is:
"How long will you neglect to go and possess the land which the LORD God of your fathers has given you?" - Joshua 18:3
...oh, that we would ALL walk in the fullness of what God has for us and not get comfortable, or settle for less than His best.

pray for us...

-as we get settled in
-as we prepare for summer programs
-as we grow in our marriage
-as we try to learn hungarian
-that our house sells
